Role brief
We are looking for an AI Automation & Integrations Engineer / Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain AI-powered automation and integrations across marketing, sales, and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to turn business processes into practical AI and automation solutions that create measurable value.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across marketing, sales, and operations.
Develop AI-powered applications, agents, assistants, and internal tools using Claude, OpenAI, and other AI platforms.
Integrate CRMs, databases, email, telephony, reporting systems, and other business applications.
Build AI agents and automated workflows that can complete approved multi-step business processes.
Develop dashboards and internal tools that provide reporting, KPIs, analytics, and AI-powered insights.
Build and maintain APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and third-party integrations.
Identify repetitive processes and opportunities for AI and automation.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation and AI systems for reliability, security, performance, and cost.
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to accelerate development.
Maintain clean, secure, and well-documented production solutions.
Requirements
Strong software development, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude/Claude API and OpenAI or similar LLM platforms.
Experience building AI agents, assistants, or AI-powered applications.
Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar.
Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data transformation.
Experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with databases and SQL.
Familiarity with AI tool use/function calling, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and agent workflows.
Experience developing dashboards or internal business applications.
Understanding of authentication, permissions, data security, and secure API development.
Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools is preferred.
Experience with MCP, RAG, vector databases, cloud platforms, Git/GitHub, or modern web frameworks is a plus.
Ability to understand business processes and independently translate them into effective technical solutions.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical team members.
