Bookkeeper

This is a role for a bookkeeper who wants to own something, not just process it.

You'll run the entire financial picture for a portfolio of properties — so the owner always knows, to the dollar and on time, what's coming in, what's going out, and what's owed. You take the numbers completely off leadership's plate so they can focus on growing the portfolio instead of chasing it. No one looking over your shoulder. The books are yours.

What owning it looks like:

• You close the books every month in 5 business days — every bank, trust, and escrow account reconciled, nothing carried over.

• You keep A/R current and delinquencies under 3%, running the collections cadence without being told to.

• You process A/P clean across every entity — no late fees, no duplicate payments, vendor records tidy, 1099s filed right.

• You deliver owner-ready financials — P&L by property, rent rolls, CAM recs — by the 10th, with no rework.

• You stay audit-ready all year, so any review comes back with nothing to fix.
