We are seeking a detail-oriented Drafter with strong architectural drafting experience to support our in-house team in producing accurate technical documentation and permit sets. This role requires someone who understands construction, can work efficiently and independently, and has the speed and attention to detail needed to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate architectural drawings, technical documentation, and permit sets
Develop elevations, floor plans, and detailed construction drawing packages
Ensure drawings meet construction standards and permit requirements
Collaborate with the in-house design and project teams
Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Identify drafting or construction issues and propose practical solutions
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in architectural drafting and construction documentation
Experience preparing permit sets and construction drawing packages
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes
Experience producing elevations and detailed architectural drawings
Highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Canva proficiency required
Photoshop and SketchUp experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and document accuracy
Able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
Clear communication and strong collaboration skills
