Job description
We're looking for a results-obsessed email marketer who has built and run campaigns that actually convert. This isn't a "schedule the newsletter" role — it's for someone who owns the full lifecycle: list strategy, copy, deliverability, segmentation, testing, and revenue. If you can point to campaigns you've run and the numbers they produced, we want to talk.
What you'll own
Build and execute end-to-end email campaigns — cold outreach, nurture sequences, and lifecycle flows — from strategy through send.
Write sharp, high-converting copy: subject lines that get opened, bodies that get replies, CTAs that get clicks.
Own deliverability: domain warm-up, inbox placement, spam-avoidance, sender reputation, and list hygiene.
Run segmentation and personalization so the right message hits the right person at the right time.
A/B test relentlessly — subject lines, send times, offers, sequences — and let the data pick winners.
Own reporting: open rate, reply rate, click rate, conversion, and pipeline generated. Know your numbers cold.
