Be the person who keeps every property moving

We're hiring a Property Management Coordinator for a U.S. property management company — the organized, responsive person who keeps tenants happy, vendors on schedule, and nothing falling through the cracks. If you're the one who always follows up and closes the loop, this is your role.

You'll work remotely from Latin America on a small, collaborative team.

What you'll do

  • Handle tenant and owner communication by phone, email, and portal

  • Coordinate maintenance and work orders with vendors, start to finish

  • Support leasing: applications, screening, lease prep, and renewals

  • Follow up on rent collection and delinquencies

  • Keep records and work orders updated in the property software

  • Track vendor compliance and keep documentation current

You're a fit if you have

  • 2+ years in coordination, admin, customer support, or property/real estate

  • Strong English and Spanish, written and spoken — this role lives on clear communication

  • Excellent organization and follow-through; you don't drop threads

  • Comfort learning and working inside software, portals, and CRMs

  • A calm, service-minded way with tenants, owners, and vendors

Bonus (not required — we'll train)

  • Property management or real estate experience

  • AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar

  • Experience working remotely for a U.S. or foreign company
