Role brief
The Social Media Growth Manager is responsible for rapidly scaling our online presence and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — transforming our current ~200 followers per platform into thousands of real, engaged U.S.-based followers. This role blends strategy, creativity, and community management to drive meaningful growth and authentic brand engagement.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Develop and execute an ongoing content strategy including reels, posts, stories, testimonials, and short-form videos.
Create engaging, trend-aligned, family-friendly content that resonates with U.S. parents and caregivers.
Run and manage social media ad campaigns to support brand awareness and growth.
Generate creative post ideas and engagement campaigns to increase reach and followers.
Engage actively with the community through comments, DMs, and social media groups.
Collaborate with RBTs and therapists to gather stories, insights, and authentic content.
Monitor performance metrics and provide weekly reports on engagement, growth, and campaign performance.
Maintain consistent posting and timely responses to audience interactions.
Ensure all messaging aligns with brand voice, compliance standards, and family-centered values.
Requirements
Fluent English with strong grammar and professional tone.
Deep understanding of U.S. culture, parenting audiences, and social media trends.
Proven experience creating high-performing social media content for U.S. audiences.
Skilled in short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok, Stories).
Strong creativity and ability to develop engaging content ideas.
Experience with social media management.
SEO/Keyword optimization
Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar.
Ability to collaborate with clinical teams to create authentic content.
Strong understanding of engagement strategies and social media analytics.
Healthcare, ABA, or caregiving industry experience is a plus.
