We're not hiring someone to "explore AI." We're hiring the person who walks through our business, spots the twenty things a human is doing that a system should be doing — and goes and builds those systems.

What you'll do

• Map how work actually flows here and find every place a person is doing something a system should.

• Turn half-formed ideas ("wouldn't it be great if…") into tools that ship.

• Wire AI into real workflows — drafting, enrichment, research, classification, decision support.

• Own the whole loop: spot it, build it, measure it, improve it.

What you might build in your first 90 days

• A pipeline that turns a raw list of companies into a ranked, ready-to-contact target list.

• An AI agent that drafts personalized outreach at scale — a human always approves before anything sends.

• Internal tools that take a 45-minute manual task down to one button.

• A system that reviews inbound applicants and surfaces the strongest, with the reasoning behind each call.

The stack you'll work in

Clay, Apollo & Instantly for outbound and data; Claude / OpenAI APIs, agents, and our own prompt libraries; Make / n8n / Zapier to connect systems; WhatsApp-driven data capture; our internal ATS alongside monday.com; light-to-mid coding in Python / JavaScript.

You won't need all of it on day one — but you should be dangerous with tools like these.

You're a fit if you

• Are a builder first — you've shipped automations people actually use.

• Think in systems and can hold a whole workflow in your head at once.

• Know your way around modern AI tooling, and know when AI is the wrong tool.

• Can code enough to build what off-the-shelf tools can't.

• Move fast and self-direct — you'd rather ship today than plan for next quarter.

This isn't the role if you want tickets handed to you, want to do pure research, or need a big team and heavy process to move.
