We are seeking a detail-oriented Drafter with strong technical skills and proven experience in both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced AutoCAD knowledge, a solid understanding of space planning and elevations, and the ability to produce clear, precise, and well-documented drawings. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to present neat and detailed portfolios of past work.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate technical drawings, plans, and elevations using AutoCAD
Be responsible for the management, coordination, and accuracy of all drafting work produced by the drafting team.
Managing a small team of Drafters
Working collaboratively with construction and design teams
Support space planning efforts for residential and commercial projects
Ensure all drawings are clear, neat, and detailed for review and implementation
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical plans
Maintain attention to detail while working on multiple projects simultaneously
Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications
Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
Proficiency in Revit (required)
Experience leading a team of Drafters
Strong knowledge of space planning, including elevations
Extensive knowledge of American architecture and drafting
Demonstrated ability to deliver detailed, precise, and technically sound drawings
Residential and commercial drafting experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Clear, neat, and comprehensive portfolios showcasing previous work
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
