Role brief
Be the Voice That Makes Someone Feel: “I Called the Right Place.”
We are looking for someone warm, emotionally intelligent, confident and highly organized—someone who combines genuine compassion with exceptional follow-through.
The Opportunity
You will work full-time as a dedicated employee supporting one established U.S. personal-injury law firm.
This is not freelance work, a temporary project or a position shared between multiple clients. You will work directly with the firm’s attorneys, become part of its team and build a meaningful long-term career.
Real Hires provides payroll, HR and ongoing employment support throughout your placement.
What You’ll Own
Responding quickly to new leads.
Making injured callers feel heard and understood.
Gathering accurate accident, injury, treatment and insurance information.
Screening potential cases according to the firm’s criteria.
Following up until every promising lead receives a clear outcome.
Sending retainers and helping qualified clients complete the process.
Maintaining accurate records in the firm’s intake system.
Creating a smooth handoff to the legal team.
Protecting confidential information and never providing legal advice.
You May Be Our Person If You
Have personal-injury or legal-intake experience.
Communicate naturally and clearly with U.S. callers.
Remain calm when someone else is emotional.
Know how to guide a conversation without sounding pushy.
Take ownership and follow through without being reminded.
Care deeply about accuracy and organization.
Can work full-time during U.S. business hours.
Have experience with Filevine, Lead Docket, Litify or Clio.
Speak Spanish—an important advantage, though not required.
Why Real Hires Is Different
We do not reduce people to resumes.
We want to see how you communicate, think, connect and take ownership. Your video introduction gives you the opportunity to show the person behind your experience.
And after you are hired, Real Hires stays involved—supporting both you and the law firm so the relationship can succeed long-term.
